Towards ONE GOAL, ONE MISSION, ONE KINGDOM

In 2012, God enlarged my vision and expanded my ministry field. As I traveled from place to place, I was involved in preaching the gospel, planting churches, discipling believers, raising new leaders, and equipping Christians across different regions. Although I rejoiced in seeing God at work, I continually sensed that there had to be a simpler, more practical, more reproducible, and more effective way to equip ordinary believers for ministry and multiply faithful gospel witnesses.

During that season, the words of Romans 10:13–15 deeply challenged my heart:

"How, then, can they call on the One they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent?"

These questions remained with me day after day. I longed to see the Church awakened for God's mission. Yet, from a human perspective, the vision seemed impossible. I had limited resources, limited abilities, and no clear strategy for accomplishing such a task. My mind constantly reminded me of my limitations, but the burden God had placed within my heart would not allow me to remain silent. I continued praying, asking the Lord to reveal a way forward.

At the same time, another question began to grow in my heart. Why were so many believers not actively sharing the gospel? Why were so few interested in missions? Why were many churches investing most of their time in internal activities while giving far less attention to reaching those who had never heard the good news of Jesus Christ?

God, who knows the hearts of His people, led me to seek the answers through a survey. What began as a simple inquiry became one of the most significant turning points in this ministry.

More than six hundred pastors and church leaders from cities and villages across Nepal, India, and several other South Asian countries participated in the survey. Their responses provided valuable insight into the present condition of the Church. As I carefully studied every response, one truth became increasingly clear: if we truly desire to accomplish One Goal, One Mission, One Kingdom, we must first rebuild the spiritual foundations of believers. Without strong spiritual foundations, lasting multiplication is impossible.

Initially, my plan was to launch the Worship & Witness Portable Bible School in January 2026. The survey began in January 2025 and concluded in the second week of June 2025. I then devoted an entire month to studying and analyzing the responses. During that time, an unexpected event changed my plans completely.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident that fractured my ankle, requiring nearly a month of rest. What appeared to be an unfortunate setback became God's perfect provision. Unable to travel, I spent my recovery writing the training booklets that had been growing in my heart for years. By the end of August 2025, the first edition had been printed.

Looking back, I can clearly see that God had His own timetable. What I thought was an interruption became the very means through which the Worship & Witness Portable Bible School was born.

The Worship & Witness Portable Bible School (WWPBS) was intentionally designed to be simple, practical, reproducible, and easily transferable. It is not intended to replace Bible colleges or theological seminaries. Rather, it serves as a practical discipleship and mission training tool that any local church can use to equip believers for gospel ministry.

The curriculum is divided into two stages.

The first five lessons are designed to strengthen the spiritual foundation of every believer. They focus on the essential disciplines that shape a disciple's life:

• Prayer

• Bible Study

• The Local Church and Evangelism

• Practical Evangelism Tools

• The Local Church and Its Ministry

An examination booklet is included to evaluate understanding, encourage personal application, and prepare participants for the next stage.

The second five lessons move beyond foundational growth into practical ministry. These lessons equip believers to put their faith into action by making disciples, planting churches, developing leaders, and participating actively in the Great Commission.

Throughout my years as a mission trainer, God has given me the privilege of training hundreds of believers, pastors, missionaries, church leaders, and ministry organizations from many different backgrounds. Through these experiences, I have learned two important lessons.

First, not everyone who attends a training program will complete it or faithfully apply what they have learned.

Second, God has given different spiritual gifts to different members of His body so that together they may accomplish one Kingdom purpose. Although believers come from different denominations and theological traditions—Pentecostal, Baptist, Presbyterian, and many others—we all share one common calling: to make Christ known and bring people to Him. That shared mission is far greater than our secondary differences.

This understanding shaped the structure of the Worship & Witness Portable Bible School. The first stage strengthens the believer's relationship with God through prayer and Scripture, while the second stage equips believers to become active participants in God's mission. Each lesson builds naturally upon the previous one, leading participants from spiritual formation to practical ministry.

These materials were never written merely to increase theological knowledge or encourage endless doctrinal debates. They were created to help believers obey Christ and live out the Great Commission. The lessons are intentionally written in a simple style so that both educated and less educated believers can understand, practice, and teach them to others. Mature Christians can use them to return to the essential foundations of discipleship, while new believers can use them as a clear pathway for spiritual growth.

Experience has also taught me that only a portion of those who begin the training will continue faithfully until graduation and actively practice what they have learned. For this reason, I strongly encourage every pastor, church leader, and trainer to provide intentional follow-up after participants enroll. Training should never end when the booklets are distributed.

Leaders should regularly encourage participants to read the lessons, complete the assignments, practice what they are learning, and remain accountable in their spiritual growth. Personal mentoring, encouragement, and consistent follow-up greatly increase the effectiveness of the training and help more believers become faithful and fruitful gospel witnesses.

By God's grace, more than 3,000 copies of these materials have already been distributed throughout the mission field. We have received many encouraging testimonies of believers growing in prayer and Bible study, churches becoming more evangelistic, new disciples being established, churches being planted, and many Christians gaining renewed confidence in sharing the gospel.

As requests for the materials continued to increase, we soon realized that it would be impossible to provide printed copies to everyone who desired them. Therefore, we developed a website to make these resources freely accessible and to accelerate the multiplication of gospel witnesses. Today, the training materials are available in several South Asian languages, allowing believers from different backgrounds to be equipped wherever they live.

Our prayer is simple.

May God use these resources to strengthen local churches, raise faithful disciples, equip servant leaders, multiply gospel witnesses, and help fulfill the Great Commission until every person has the opportunity to hear the good news of Jesus Christ.
